AXALLOY Precision
Semiconductor Stainless Steel Parts
Precision CNC machining of stainless components for semiconductor equipment and high-purity assemblies. We make complex, low-risk parts in 304/316L, 15-5/17-4 PH, A286, duplex and other stainless grades with the documentation, cleanliness and dimensional control semiconductor teams expect.
We are AXALLOY Precision, a Shenzhen-based partner focused on difficult alloys and demanding geometries. We support engineering, procurement and quality teams from first article through repeat production, with dependable communication and complete quality records.
What you get when you build semiconductor stainless steel parts with us
Stable, predictable parts across revisions and lots
We design fixtures, control heat input, and plan sequences to keep thin walls straight, sealing faces flat and holes true position. Your qualification data remains valid lot to lot.
Measurable cleanliness and burr control
We combine chip-evacuation strategies, conservative deburring and cleaning support so sharp edges, threads and cross-holes are clean and free of media. This reduces assembly rework and contamination risk.
Dimensional evidence you can trust
First Article Inspection and full dimensional reports from calibrated equipment (CMM, optical and surface roughness). You receive clear, export-ready documentation to close out receiving inspection quickly.
Faster learning cycles without sacrificing control
Prototype in 5-10 business days and standard production in 10-20 business days, with expedited options. Shorter machining lead times let you test fits, confirm sealing and qualify processes earlier—without compromising traceability or inspection depth.
Lower cumulative risk on complex builds
Multi-axis milling and mill-turn reduce setups and stack-up error. Tighter feature relationships mean fewer downstream tweaks, fewer leaks at O-rings and cleaner alignment in manifolds and vacuum interfaces.
Communication that reduces surprises
We flag tolerance risks early, confirm critical features and align on inspection plans before cutting chips. You get proactive updates instead of last-minute escalations.

How we machine stainless for semiconductor requirements
Our process engineering focuses on the geometry, surface integrity and cleanliness requirements unique to semiconductor hardware.
Process planning around geometry and surfaces
We evaluate thin walls, deep pockets, critical flatness, positional tolerances and surface finish requirements before defining the route (3/4/5-axis milling, turning, mill-turn, grinding, EDM).
Distortion and finish control
Balanced stock removal, stress-relief/heat-treat when needed, and guarded workholding minimize pull-up and bow. We finish sealing faces by grinding where required (down to Ra 0.2 μm).
Clean features and threads
Through-spindle coolant, chip-breaking strategies and thread milling where appropriate yield cleaner threads and cross-holes. Deburring is targeted to maintain edges you specify (sharp, broken, or chamfered).
Corrosion resistance and identification
Passivation per your callout, clear part marking and lot/material traceability. Cleaning and protective packaging support are available to match your receiving process.

Lead times and how speed reduces risk
Prototypes in 5-10 business days
Earlier gauge and fit checks get you to design validation faster, catching sealing or interference issues before they cascade.
Standard production in 10-20 business days
Predictable deliveries help you align with chamber builds, FAT schedules and slot-controlled installs.
Expedited service available
When you face line-down or critical hot builds, we compress setups and inspection sequencing to recover schedule with documented quality.
