Material Focus

Nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, precipitation-hardening stainless steels, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, cobalt-based alloys and selected specialty metals. Typical grades include Inconel 718/625, Hastelloy C-276/C-22, Monel, Titanium Grades 2/5/23, 17-4 PH, 15-5 PH, 316L, A286 and MP35N.

Mill-Turn Machining

Up to 9 axes, tolerance ±0.008 mm. Perfect for complex shafts, valve bodies, connectors and multi-feature rotational components.

Swiss CNC Turning

Maximum bar diameter Ø32 mm, length 300 mm, tolerance down to ±0.005 mm. Suitable for small shafts, pins, screws, connectors and medical-grade precision fittings (extendable to marine components).

Wire EDM & Sinker EDM

Maximum accuracy ±0.005 mm, surface finish down to Ra 0.8 μm (wire) / Ra 0.4 μm (sinker). Essential for narrow slots, sharp internal corners, profiles and precision inserts in valve parts.

Precision Grinding

Tolerance down to ±0.002 mm, surface finish down to Ra 0.2 μm. Ideal for shafts, sealing surfaces, bearing fits and hardened valve components.

Inspection and Quality Documentation

  • CMM measuring range up to 700 × 1,000 × 600 mm, accuracy up to 1.8 + L/300 μm.
