Best-fit small-batch CNC part types

We're typically involved when parts are high-value and failure is expensive:

  • Thin-wall housings, brackets, manifolds, impellers, blades
  • Valve parts, nozzles, fittings, complex shafts and connectors
  • Tight GD&T interfaces, difficult holes/threads, sharp internal corners (EDM), sealing/bearing fits (grinding)

Not the right fit

We want you to avoid wasting RFQ time, so we're transparent about what doesn't suit our process:

  • Commodity parts bought purely on lowest unit price
  • Incomplete requirements (missing material, revision, tolerances, or acceptance criteria)
  • Unverified certification demands or unauthorized component reproduction
